Q. I already have an account, do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
A: We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program.

Q. Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
A: You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

Q. What happens when an order is returned, are points lost?
A: If a reward item is returned, points spent on that item will not be refunded.

Q. Are there minimum spends on redeeming rewards?
A: Yes, there are minimum spends when redeeming rewards on your order. The minimum spend is always £10 above the reward discount, i.e to redeem £5 of points your basket total must be more than £15.

Q. Can reward point offers be combined with other discounts?
A: Reward points can be redeemed on orders including on sale items but can not be used in conjunction where another coupon code has been used (i.e gift with purchase promotions, welcome discounts etc.).
